Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment must be completed as specified during the booking process.
  • Payments can be made in USD, EUR, or SAR.
  • 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking.
  • 100% payment is due 65 days prior to arrival.
  • Minors under 18 are not permitted to register, transact, or use the website.

Payment Methods

  • Credit Card Payments: Payments can be made securely via a link for American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. A 3% fee will be added for MasterCard and Visa transactions, and a 3.9% fee for American Express.
  • Wire Transfer: Payments can also be made through a wire transfer to our account in Egypt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations will incur the following non-refundable penalties based on the total trip price:
    • 25% non-refundable deposit: This amount can be applied to any future rescheduled trip in case of cancellation.
    • 60-31 days prior to arrival: A 50% penalty applies.
    • 30-16 days prior to arrival: A 75% penalty applies.
    • 15 days or less prior to arrival: A 100% penalty applies.
  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service or tour package. Please refer to the specific terms provided during the booking process.
  • If you request a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. However, refunds cannot be issued for no-shows. Additionally, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, on the 3M Tourism website is the property of 3M Tourism. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

3M Tourism is not liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party providers, such as airlines or hotels.
  • Issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, conflicts, or alterations made by hotels or airlines. Any additional expenses resulting from these situations are not covered by us.

3M Tourism reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Special Requests Policy

At 3M Tourism, we are dedicated to ensuring your journey is as enjoyable and personalized as possible. Please review our special requests policy:

  • Request Submission:
    • Share any special requests at the time of booking to help us better cater to your needs.
  • Efforts to Accommodate:
    • We will do our utmost to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that all requests, including pre-bookable seats, will be fulfilled.

Photos' Use Terms

  • By sharing your visuals, you allow us to potentially feature them on our website and social media platforms to inspire others.

Complaints Procedure

  • For any complaints during your tour, please notify us immediately to address and resolve the issue promptly.
  • If the problem persists, contact our Customer Care Manager while on tour.
  • Should you remain dissatisfied after returning home, kindly submit your concerns in writing to our Customer Care Management.

Acceptance of the Agreement

  • The company's (3M Tourism) acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these conditions, forms the complete agreement between the Client and the Company.
  • By making a deposit or full payment via bank transfer or credit card, tour participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
