Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment Methods:
Credit Card Payments: Payments can be made securely via a link for American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. A 3% fee will be added for MasterCard and Visa transactions, and a 3.9% fee for American Express.
Wire Transfer: Payments can also be made through a wire transfer to our account in Egypt.
Payment Terms:
25% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking.
100% payment is due 65 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will incur the following non-refundable penalties based on the total trip price:
25% non-refundable deposit: This amount can be applied to any future rescheduled trip in case of cancellation.
60-31 days prior to arrival: A 50% penalty applies.
30-16 days prior to arrival: A 75% penalty applies.
15 days or less prior to arrival: A 100% penalty applies.
